A Browser Toolbar for Squidoo Lensmasters
This news has already been leaked out via a few other blogs, so this post marks the official release of the SquidUtils Toolbar. It is available for both Internet Explorer and Firefox, on Windows, Mac and Linux.
This toolbar is designed to make the job of a Lensmaster easier, by putting some of the most used functions along the top of the browser.
Here are the four main features:
- Notification of Lensrank updates
- Instant switch between multiple accounts
- All the social functions in one place ยป
- Easy access to all the tools at SquidUtils
The toolbar had many other features as well, including quick links to all your lenses, groups and comments, a list of all the lens types you can build, plus a quick way to paste tags on to your lens.
All this and more is described here on the SquidUtils Toolbar lens.

Drove this around all weekend. Conclusion: A must-have for all lensmasters.
And, indeed, the toolbar is why I am here reading this. I saw that there was an unread SquidNews item, and here it is. Hooray! I’m loving it!
Super Cool. I haven’t stopped using it since I installed it. Thanks for all the hard work you put into it.
This is a awesome help, it will free some time for us.
Thanks
I really appreciate the tool bar. I use it all the time. Thanks!
It seems the tool bar is no longer working. Is it just me or is there a problem with the toolbar?
Under the accounts tab I no longer can access my accounts.
It seems that recent versions of Firefox has broken some functionality in the toolbar. You might have some luck re-installing the toolbar from this link, but I can’t be sure. Give it a try and let me know.
thefluffanutta,
I reloaded the toolbar and now everything works great!
Thanks for the help! I love this tool and I was really feeling lost without it.
You are a gem!
