News from I Love Avocados
OK, I admit it, I'm addicted.... to everything avocado. I usually just rough chop the avocado and add a little fresh squeezed lemon, ok a lot, since I love that too! And real lemons folks, not that bottled stuff. I spread this on a warm tortilla wrap, add a little romaine lettuce, and thats it! I might add some sliced tomato or cucumber, cream cheese or goat cheese and/or sliced grilled chicken...
