New Lens - Tea: Black or Green? - Wed, 23 Jul 2008
Being English, I'm a confirmed tea drinker so it was natural to write about it. I've looked at the history of tea from its origins in China to the present day. I've indulged in some nostalgia by recalling high teas from my childhood in the 1950s. I've also described elegant English afternoon tea and the hugely fattening Devonshire or Cornish Cream Teas. There's a module on research into the medicinal use of tea as well as a warning from the United States FDA.
